Personal Time
We are committed to providing our employees with a variety of time-off policies and benefits to ensure they have the time to plan for life's expected and unexpected circumstances. Paid time off (PTO) may be used for vacation, personal time, illness, or time off to care for dependents. Employees are encouraged to take their full PTO allowance each year. If a particular request for time off cannot be granted due to the business needs of Arthrex, the employee should select another date. PTO is not considered hours worked and does not count towards overtime in a workweek.
